Assistant Superintendent for Residential Construction Our medium size home building company is looking for an assistant superintendent to work onsite at our multiphase development in Grantsville Utah.
A great candidate can Work independently but with guidance from onsite seasoned superintendent Communicate well with homeowners and subcontractors Coordinate schedules with subcontractors Be responsible diligent and reliable Have experience in construction management Have basic knowledge and some skills in construction.
Will also work on punch list items cleanup and oversite of subcontractorss Good skills on computer email MS office and BuilderTrend software if possible Full time or part time position or part time position.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
