Medical Receptionist/Front Desk
Spectrum Eye Care is seeking a motivated friendly and energetic Receptionist to join our team We are committed to providing the highest quality of eye care to our patients in a caring and professional manner.
Successful candidates will be expected to crosstrain and function across all areas of patient care in the optical field.
Currently looking to fill one fulltime and one parttime position.
Greeting patients as they enter the office Answer phone and scheduleconfirm appointments Assist with insurance verification billing and patient aging reports Dispense glasseseyewear make small glasses adjustments Various administrative projects as neededassigned Eventual crosstraining to be proficient in all areas of office duties Light cleaning during nondoctor hours Dependability and punctuality are essential.
Must be wellspoken charismatic and outgoing in order to effectively communicate with our patients.
Basic math skills are highly important as well as general computer proficiency.
Looking to fill the following schedule Monday off Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday The work schedule we are hiring for is potentially flexible.
Our highest priority is finding the right person to join our team.
