Current State of Utah Pest Control Applicators License with Turf and Ornamental and Structural endorsements required; however, for those with previous experience that can quickly obtain licenses exceptions will be made.
Must have a current driver's license and able to pass a drug test.
Must be eligible to be on company car insurance as well as obtain a DOT card if required.
Wage based on experience and current licenses.
