We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our team.
We are hiring for full-time, Monday-Friday with no evenings or weekends.
The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills, be self-motivated, and work well within a team.
Competitive pay based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Room patients (obtain vital signs, review and document medical history, medication reconciliation, etc.
) Perform a variety of point of care tests (rapid strep, influenza, urinalysis, etc.
) Perform venipuncture and process specimens for send out labs Assist provider in office surgical procedures Assist with administrative duties (prior authorizations, referral coordination, value-based care programs, etc.
) Assist in creating a positive patient experience by demonstrating professionalism, positivity, and problem solving.
