When and Where:
Our event will be held at Utah Motorsports Campus from Friday, August 25, 2023 to Sunday, August 27, 2023.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
The event ambassador is responsible for organizing guest traffic flow and preparing each guest for their driving experiences in the pit area; supporting the Pit Manager and Guest Services team in all shared responsibilities and goals.
In cooperation with other Guest Services Associates you will be required to maintain and improve the quality of guest service, driving capacities per session, overall event flow and sales effectiveness for Xtreme's Tour operations.
Daily duties will consist of but are not limited to:
Ultimate objective is to assist guests in & out of vehicles both quickly and safely Prepping guests with head socks and proper fitting helmets; removal of post-drive/ride Directing guests to the correct line for their driving/riding experience Assist us with cleaning and sanitizing helmets and cars.
Engage and entertain guests in the pit-area, while communicating effectively between the Pit Manager and Guest Service team to keep the program on schedule As lines & needs fluctuate, you will balance one another's work load to maintain a positive , high-energy and efficient pit-environment, while focusing attention, patience and effective communication towards our guests and team Utilizing product knowledge about the program, vehicles, add-on options, as well as merchandise and apparel to handle inquiries about at-track purchases/availability to enhance light up-sell opportunities In cooperation with other Guest Service Associates, assisting with maintaining cleanliness of pit area, organization of station and notifying Pit Manager of any low inventories throughout event day

Flexibility of schedule; including weekends, holidays, and travel REQUIRED ATTIRE:
Black Bottoms (no jeans, sweats nor yoga pants) Black Athletic Shoes (including soles) If weather permits for multiple layers, all black requested XTREME XPERIENCE PROVIDES:
XX T-Shirt Lunch Each Day One Ride-Along in a Supercar or Lead Car This year Illinois is very, very strict on Workman's Compensation requirements for 1099 Contract workers (which you would be).
You either have to purchase Workman's Comp insurance on your own (and prove to us that you have it in place) OR we can take it out of payment, which equates to 5% per day.
